I am both proud and excited to be a member of the dynamic Brooks Crossing and Deans community, as Principal. I feel honored to join a group of dedicated students, educational professionals and families. I look forward to working together, as a cohesive, united team, to enrich the educational experiences of all students.

I come to Brooks Crossing with many years of experience teaching in in-class support settings, instructional support classrooms, as well as the general education setting, and have served as an Assistant Principal, for the last four years, in Montgomery Township. I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Rider University. I then earned a Masters in Educational Administration and Supervision, also from Rider University.

Children’s elementary school years are the most important, as they frame a child’s perception of school for all the years that follow. We all want our children to grow into innovative, confident problem-solvers, who reach their full potential. I will work tirelessly, as part of a team, to support your child in every way possible, as they grow their social, emotional and academic skills.

I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Brooks Crossing Elementary School. To be part of a forward thinking school community where we put the needs of our students first and give them the opportunity to be challenged while cultivating their love for learning is where my passion lies. I am excited to work with a dedicated staff and families who want a strong academic foundation for their students and children.

I have been in the South Brunswick School District for the last twenty-six years teaching at Monmouth Junction School and Greenbrook School. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the College of New Jersey in Elementary Education and English Literature. I was a general education teacher in grades 2nd, 4th, and 5th and later became an Instructional Support Teacher. While I was teaching, I went on for my Master’s at Rider University in Educational Leadership.

I take pride in my ability to connect with students and to help them reach their full potential. As the Assistant Principal, I will continue to work hard so that all of our students reach their goals and strive to do their best. I will work to ensure that our teachers feel supported in their craft and that our families feel connected to our school community. Together, I am confident that our children at Brooks Crossing will continue their love for learning and we will continue to celebrate their immense success. I am looking forward to a great partnership.
